About BSS B2B Solutions, by BSS Commerce

BSS B2B Solutions is built, supported and documented by BSS Commerce, a Shopify Premier Partner headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. It is a product line, not a separate company: three Shopify apps for wholesale and B2B stores, BSS B2B Solution, BSS B2B Lock and BSS B2B Quote.

One team, from code to support

BSS Commerce is the company behind these apps and this website. BSS B2B Solutions (earlier called BSS B2B Suite) is the name we use for its Shopify B2B apps.

The same team builds the apps, answers support requests, writes the user guides and publishes the content on this site. When a merchant asks how a feature works, the answer comes from the people who wrote it.

On the Shopify App Store the three apps are listed under one developer account, BSS B2B Suite (Ha Noi, VN), with App Store titles that differ slightly from the names we use here.

How we work

We make the apps we write about, so this site is a vendor's view. These are the rules we hold ourselves to.

  1. Code before claims

    What a page says an app does is checked against the app's source code and user guides. When they disagree, we follow the code or leave the detail out.

  2. Shopify facts, sourced

    Statements about Shopify are checked against Shopify's own documentation, and product content is reviewed for accuracy by our team before it goes live.

  3. Our own research

    We studied 2,025 public App Store reviews of the three apps to learn what wholesale merchants ask for, and published the method and its limits.

  4. Real stores, real setups

    We publish 84 customer stories from stores that run the apps, with screenshots of how each store set up its wholesale flow.

  5. Free setup help

    Setup help for every BSS B2B app is free. Support is available by email and live chat, alongside setup guides and troubleshooting for each app.
