The tools follow the order in which a wholesale account is usually set up. Start with the price: the calculator shows what a retailer pays and what the shelf price should be, so the retailer keeps a margin. Next, send the numbers. A line sheet puts those prices next to the SKU, minimum order and case pack, and the same columns can feed a price import in your store. Last, agree on payment. The net 30 template covers terms and credit application fields for approved buyers. For the Shopify side, read wholesale pricing, customer onboarding and order rules and terms. The Shopify B2B guide ties them together. We make BSS B2B Solution, which adds price lists, a wholesale registration form and Net Terms on top of Shopify. Each tool page shows how the result loads into Shopify.
No. The price calculator runs in your browser, the line sheet downloads straight from the page, and the net 30 text copies from the page. Nothing is sent to us.
Yes. The tools prepare the numbers and documents, and each page shows where they go in Shopify. The line sheet page explains how SKU and price columns map to a Shopify catalog price import. The net 30 page shows where to set payment terms on a company location.
A line sheet is the document a retailer reads: products, SKUs, wholesale price, MSRP, minimum order and case pack. A price list is the set of prices loaded into your store so approved buyers see them in your store. You can build both from the same spreadsheet.
No. It is a sample to adapt. Late fees, interest and collections rules differ by country and state, so have a lawyer review the final agreement before you send it to buyers.
