Glossary: Order rules

MOV

Minimum order value (MOV) is the smallest order total a seller will accept, regardless of how many units it holds. It protects margin on small orders and is often set per order, for example $250. Some sellers apply an MOV and an MOQ together.

Example

A wholesaler requires $250 per order, so three cheap items totalling $90 cannot be checked out.
