We could not read Gorilla's documentation, so we cannot say how it stores rules or whether it can export them. Ask Gorilla's support or check its help center for an export before you change anything, and keep Gorilla installed until the BSS rules are tested.
Price rules and customer groups become Custom Pricing rules that target a customer tag or named customers, and large price sheets can be loaded by CSV. The registration form is rebuilt as a BSS form. Net terms, order limits, shipping and discount rules are rebuilt as BSS rules on Advanced and up.
Customer records and orders live in Shopify. Gorilla's listing mentions customer tagging; if your wholesale buyers carry a tag, point BSS rules at that tag rather than retagging, since BSS matches tags case-insensitively and any one tag is enough. Check a few customers first to confirm how their tags were set.
